- 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter add 1/4 tsp salt if unsalted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Sukrin Melis or Swerve Confectioners
- 1 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder
- 1/2 cup unflavored whey protein 80 g (see notes)
